NPAT (Network Planning & Analysis Tools) is WANDL's solution for ATM, Frame Relay, TDM, Voice, and Optical Transport networks providing cross-vendor support for all stages of network planning, design, and analysis. WANDL can even assist you with customizable Data Extraction or Data Conversion utilities to help you extract the data from your network into a format ready for use by the NPAT system.
NPAT's basic backbone design capabilities include "green field" designs from scratch, incremental designs from an existing network, diversity design, bottleneck analysis, capacity planning, powerful failure simulation and analysis, innumerable "what-if" scenario testing, and traffic grooming. This functionality can also assist you in your forecasting, long-term planning, and optimization tasks, among other things. Incorporated with standard or customizable tariff databases, NPAT's core algorithms and heuristics optimize your network to reduce transmission costs while retaining network robustness. After you have completed an NPAT design and analysis, changes can be uploaded back into the network, thus closing the loop.
See the NPAT brochure to learn more about what NPAT can do for you!
