WANDL, Inc. (Wide Area Network Design Laboratory) is a privately held company, founded in 1986 by a team of experts in network design and analysis. WANDL features network software solutions for both planning and operations for IP and MPLS networks as well as network solutions for ATM, PNNI/HPNNI, Frame Relay, TDM, Optical Transport, and Voice networks. WANDL offers a variety of solutions for advanced network analysis, simulation, optimization, capacity planning, and management listed below. WANDL has worked closely with Equipment Vendors for over a decade to model a variety of device-specific details for each of these products.

IP/MPLSView is WANDL's multi-vendor, multi-protocol, and multi-layer Traffic Management and Traffic Engineering solution for IP and/or MPLS networks. IP/MPLSView is distinguished by its attention to detailed routing protocol behavior, extensive multi-vendor library, and scalability and performance for networks up to thousands of routers. The integrated software suite has traffic engineering models for exhaustive single and concurrent device failures, traffic matrix estimation, MPLS diverse path design, fast reroute design, metric optimization, and more... Additionally, IP/MPLSView is distinguished by the integrated network management module, which provides for a comprehensive FCAPS solution offering automated network discovery, traffic monitoring, hardware inventory, fault management, and more.

NPAT (Network Planning & Analysis Tools) is WANDL's signature product for ATM, PNNI, Frame Relay, TDM, Voice, and Optical Transport networks. Its rich set of features includes everything from planning, resiliency analysis, and path analysis, to traffic load analysis, time synchronization, and the generation of PVC paths which can be loaded back to the network.
